Pediatric Home Service Nurse

Position Details

Location: Princeton, MN (55371)

Hours: 12-hour shifts

Days: Every other Saturday

Overnights: Every Monday & Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays

Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube

What You'll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings

Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team

Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies

Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education

Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Weekend Nights (SatSun): +$2/hour

Pay Range

You bring the skill and compassion that make one-on-one pediatric care possible. We're committed to recognizing the experience and expertise you bring to our families.

LPN: $25.00 $31.00/hour

RN: $35.00 $41.00/hour

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
