Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized neurological and orthopedic physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting. Deliver high-quality care to improve patient mobility and function while adhering to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' neurological and orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to promote recovery and enhance function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active CA Physical Therapist license at the time of application.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; 5 years preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification and AHA-based credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting and electronic health records.
• Be willing to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities.
