Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Cat Rebuild Technician

We run a certified rebuild program for Caterpillar landfill compactors and dozers, using 100% Caterpillar OEM parts and holding every project to strict performance and durability standards. Our shop is led by a manager with more than 40 years in the industry, and demand for our rebuilt machines consistently exceeds supply. We are growing our shop in Jackson, Michigan and looking for an experienced heavy-equipment mechanic to join us. The Role As a Cat Rebuild Technician, you will perform full teardowns, inspections, and rebuilds of Caterpillar landfill compactors, dozers, and related earthmoving equipment. This is hands-on shop work for someone who takes pride in doing the job right and wants steady, skilled work close to home.
