This role is part of the Global Support organization, focusing on customer satisfaction across Salesforce’s product offerings. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as a customer‑centric authority, managing support cases, ensuring high satisfaction levels among customers in the Nonprofit and Education sectors, and optimizing operational processes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing unparalleled support for Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud, ensuring the success of large strategic accounts. Being a technical lead for junior engineers, advocating for customer needs, and influencing the product roadmap. Maintaining a strong partnership with teams across Support, R&D, and Operations. We are seeking candidates who possess a robust technical foundation, programming experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and a commitment to customer success are crucial. Minimum Qualifications Degree or equivalent validated experience. 4+ years in a Technical Support/Services role. Familiarity with Salesforce and other cloud technologies. Proficient in customer interaction and relationship management. Effective multitasking and performance in high‑pressure environments. Understanding of Internet technologies, databases, JSON, and SQL. Experience with system logging and monitoring tools. Salesforce Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant Domain Knowledge Understanding of Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud data models. Experience with OmniStudio and Industries platform tooling. Ability to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce automation flows. Preferred Qualifications Experience in nonprofit or education sectors. Familiarity with common integrations used in NPC/EDC contexts. Knowledge of data integration patterns and tools.
