We currently have an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator at our Manufacturing Plant in Jacksonville, IL.Rotating Shift Hours (6AM-6PM/6PM-6AM) 4 Week Rotating Shift(12 Hour Shift)ResponsibilitiesThe Lift Truck Operator provides safe and efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing and warehouse environment to support uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery. Partners with production, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and operational efficiency while adhering to established safety and quality standards. Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment. Knowledge of safe material handling practices. Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Basic math and recordkeeping skills. Ability to accurately inspect, identify, and move materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
