Cafe Supervisor

Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format café locations across Tampa Bay.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafés, you'll be the primary leader-owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.
• Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency
• Coach and develop baristas in real time
• Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards
• Support staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering)
• Help keep your café running smoothly day-to-day
What we're looking for:
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Training includes:
• Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location
• Hands-on training in high-performing cafés
• Final readiness evaluation before leading a store
Compensation:
• $18-$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours)
• Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
