What it takes to keep quality tight Qualifications: A U.S. citizen & able to pass pre-employment screenings. Know-how: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated mechanical inspection background + CNC experience (ideally in an aerospace environment). Attention to detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving. Physical ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed. Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right. Aptitude: Basic measurement skills using micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore gages, and optical comparators
