Our Care Model For our patients and families All well-child and sick care occurs in the patient’s home 24/7 accessibility through virtual care (text message, phone, video visit) High-quality, evidence-based care, using the most up to date research available Membership pricing which makes this service available to the broadest range of families possible, not just the wealthy Tech-forward approach to everything we do for our patients and families For our providers Elevating the NP role to that of pediatrician Smaller patient panel with fewer visits per day (more time with each family) Tech solutions to make your job easier, with a focus on reducing the time you spend on documentation Supportive and accessible admin/exec team that recognizes your value and cares deeply about your job satisfaction This Role: Part-Time In-Home Visits, Extremely Flexible Hours We are looking to add someone to our team for the equivalent of ~1-2 full day per week (primarily sick visits, but the possibility of well-child visits) Note: This could mean multiple half days, or another arrangement We offer optional 'flex appointments,' allowing you to pick up additional appointments when they become available (during business hours + after hours) for a set rate. If this is interesting, we can discuss further This position includes virtual care (text messages, phone calls, and video visits) throughout your work day There is potential for this to evolve into a Full-Time position, if desired For the right candidate we are willing to be very flexible on hours (and can make this arrangement work with another FT job) - let's chat possibilities!
