Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and effective communication are essential. Nursing staff will be expected to provide high-quality care to all patients. BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, and CPI/MOAB certifications are required for this role. All staff must adhere to safety and clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
