Your role with Amulet is to provide excellent customer service to passengers and protect revenue, with duties including revenue protection and fare compliance across stations and trains. You will work a rolling 37.5-hour week, covering earlies, lates and weekends, while acting as a visible ambassador for the company and adhering to health and safety procedures. Key tasks include assisting passengers with ticketing queries, issuing Penalty Fares, managing incidents, and maintaining professional #J-18808-Ljbffr Amulet
