Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional problem resolution in accordance with established service standards.

This is a Level I position requiring 03 years of experience. The Customer Service Representative will handle primarily basic and routine customer interactions while developing knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to basic customer questions and concerns.
• Receive and/or place routine customer service telephone calls.
• Assist customers with questions regarding company products and services.
• Identify and resolve simple customer problems in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze customer service needs and communicate relevant information to service and technical departments.
• Escalate more complex customer issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
• Follow established organizational service standards and procedures.
• Develop knowledge of company products, services, and customer support processes.

Qualifications

• 03 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
• Ability to learn company products, services, and procedures.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision and receiving ongoing guidance.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer needs and issues to internal departments.

Reporting Structure

This position typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.
