Job Overview
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Leads The End-To-End Testing Strategy For Transitioning On-Premise Systems To AWS
Key responsibilities include designing migration testing strategies, managing data validation, performance testing in the cloud, defect management, and coordinating between engineering, application, end users and cloud teams to ensure zero-downtime, secure, and reliable migration waves
Mandatory Skills And Experience
- 10+ years in QA leadership, with at least 3+ years specifically in AWS cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, AWS Migration Hub).
- Experience with migration validation strategies, including dry runs, cutover testing, and Data Centre Exit (DCE) programs.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP ALM, TOSCA, codeBeamer and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large, hybrid (onshore/offshore) teams in fast-paced Agile or hybrid environments.
Nice-To-Have Skills And Experience
- Testing experience in Life sciences and GxP applications.
- Drive automation using CI/CD tools to validate infrastructure changes dynamically.
