Sales Representative - Women's Denim - REMOTE

Porter Blue Apparel is contemporary, premium, women's denim brand focused on Eco and sustainable manufacturing processes. We are positioned as an Approachable Premium denim brand with our price points being around $120-$150 MSRP. We are scaling our wholesale footprint and seeking experienced, highly motivated Independent Sales Representatives (1099) with active boutique relationships to represent our contemporary denim line.

Target Territories:

• California (NorCal & SoCal)
• New York / Mid-Atlantic
• Midwest (Chicago hub)
• Texas / South Central (Dallas hub)
• Southeast (Atlanta & Nashville hubs)

Compensation & Performance Incentives:

• Uncapped Tiered Commission Structure: Earn 10% to 15% based on product tiers and territory volume milestones.
• Residual Income: Continuous commission payouts on all recurring re-orders for accounts in your territory.
• Fast Start & Door-Opening Bonuses: $100 Monthly Bonus for hitting target new-account thresholds in your first 90 days.
• Per-Order Bonuses on initial opening orders ($50 for $500–$999; $100 for $1,000–$2,499; $250 for $2,500+).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Territory Growth: Pitch, open, and manage wholesale accounts with contemporary women's boutiques, specialty stores, and regional multi-door retailers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing buyer relationships and drive seasonal re-orders.
• Brand Representation: Educate retail buyers on Porter Blue’s Ethos, premium quality, timeless style and sustainability efforts.
• Sample Management: Utilize provided digital line sheets, lookbooks, and physical road kits to present seasonal collections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven Wholesale Track Record: 3+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales (contemporary women’s apparel or denim preferred).
• Established Book of Business: Active, current relationships with contemporary women's boutique buyers and specialty retailers in your territory (required).
• Independent Model (1099): Self-motivated multi-line rep who thrives on autonomy.
