$300K+ Earning Potential for Geriatric Physician in Baltimore, MD

A valuebased primary care organization dedicated to delivering conciergelevel care to seniors, without added costs, is actively expanding its presence in Maryland. Serving the over65 population, the group has established clinics in Baltimore, Woodlawn, and Halethorpe and continues to grow its footprint. They are currently seeking Geriatric physicians to join their team and support this patientfocused, outcomesdriven model of care.

This Position Offers:

• Very Solid Pay ($250K-$295K range) with a Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
• Strong earning potential with $250K-$295K base, plus signon
• Make an additional $45K to $85K on top of the base salary
• Reduced patient volumes - smaller patient panels allowing for more meaningful patient care
• Outpatientonly practice with minimal call responsibilities
• A collaborative, teambased care model including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, care coordinators, and support staff
• Strong administrative and clinical support, including qualitybased coders and referral specialists
• Valuebased care model focused on outcomes, not volume (no feeforservice pressure)
