This senior level role is responsible for owning curriculum strategy, learning architecture, and content standards that enable healthcare professionals to safely and effectively adopt Medtronic endoscopy technologies.
Operating as a high impact individual contributor, the Senior Curriculum Specialist partners closely with Medical Affairs, global marketing, and other cross functional stakeholders to translate clinical evidence, procedural expertise, and product innovation into scalable, high quality learning programs delivered across live, virtual, and digital platforms. This role emphasizes curriculum strategy, instructional design excellence, and long term portfolio impact, rather than program logistics.

Serve as the curriculum owner for assigned endoscopy therapies and product portfolios.
Lead the design and evolution of structured learning pathways aligned to clinician experience levels, therapy adoption stages, and business priorities.
Define and maintain curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and success metrics.

Identify and prioritize education gaps using field insights, learner feedback, and performance data.
Influence education strategy through thought leadership and data-driven recommendations.
Lead development of standardized, reusable, and compliant medical education content, including:
Advanced clinical presentations and teaching materials
Case-based and scenario-driven learning modules
Faculty and facilitator guides
Digital, virtual, and blended learning assets
Micro-learning and modular content
Translate complex endoscopic procedures, technologies, and clinical data into effective adult-learning experiences.
Establish content standards and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Review and elevate content developed by peers or partners to ensure quality and alignment.
Partner with digital, design, and multimedia teams to optimize learner engagement.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, clinical experts, and physician faculty to develop and validate curriculum content.
Act as a curriculum subject-matter expert for endoscopy education initiatives.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment and execution.
Support faculty development and consistency in educational delivery.
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using learner feedback, outcomes data, and utilization metrics.
Drive continuous improvement through content refreshes, innovation, and standardization.
Ensure all educational materials comply with Medtronic policies, regulatory requirements, and Medical Affairs governance.
Contribute to process improvement, templates, and playbooks that enhance efficiency across the education organization.

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
