RN Patient Flow Orthopedics

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate patient flow for our Orthopedics service line. In this role, you will oversee bed placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize capacity and ensure safe, timely care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, unit leaders, and ancillary teams to match patient needs with appropriate orthopedic units, reduce bottlenecks, and support throughput goals.
