Location Victoria, TX

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Nights: 9 PM to 7 AM on weekdays & 7 PM to 7 AM on weekends, 7 on 7 off.

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with extensive Blood Bank experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Conduct blood bank procedures, including cross-matching and type testing. Perform advanced chemistry and hematology tests. Ensure quality control and maintain equipment in optimal working condition. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate laboratory results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure ASCP or equivalent certification required. 2+ years of laboratory experience required; 5 years preferred. Must have extensive blood bank experience. Proficient in advanced chemistry and hematology. MUST include permanent home address and RTO with application.
