Green Acres of Standale , an assisted living home in Grand Rapids, is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to join our team. We are hiring for part-time positions on all shifts .

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Part-Time: All Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation .

Position Summary

Direct Care Workers provide daily support to residents in a safe, respectful, and compassionate manner. Team members assist with personal care, medication administration, and day-to-day well-being while helping create a warm and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Administer medications according to training and resident care plans
• Monitor and support residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident status
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive community for residents and coworkers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• No license required - paid, on-the-job training provided
• Compassion, dependability, and a strong work ethic are essential

Pay & Perks

• $17.00-$18.00 per hour
