Join our healthcare partner as a Respiratory Therapist, where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional respiratory care and therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility standards. Your role will involve performing therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures, as well as educating patients and staff on respiratory procedures and equipment.
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures
- Evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy and take corrective action as needed
- Provide education on respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions
- Perform routine maintenance and service checks on equipment
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to respiratory therapy
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist required
- BLS and NBRC certifications required
- ACLS certification preferred
- State Licensure in Michigan required
