Founded in 2018, the firm has built a modern practice around flat-fee pricing, structured intake, AI-supported workflows, and a statewide courthouse presence. The Opportunity We are hiring associate attorneys who want to build a courtroom practice. Our associates appear regularly before Iowa courts on temporary matters, Chapter 236 domestic abuse proceedings, contempt actions, and family law trials, with structured mentorship from experienced trial counsel. We are looking for lawyers who are prepared to are willing to resolve disputes at the courthouse on behalf of our clients.
