Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions through secure online platforms, ensuring a confidential and safe environment for clients to explore their mental health concerns.

• Establish and promote a trusting therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions.

• Collaboratively work with clients to set personal goals, offering guidance and encouragement as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, progress, and circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and strategies to manage and treat a variety of mental health conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical notes and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will support clients in achieving their mental health goals, ultimately leading to improved emotional resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in virtual settings, fostering trust and communication.

• Proficiency in utilizing online therapy tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless session management and client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
