Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Physicians
Sturdy Medical Associates is seeking Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our well-established and successful primary care practices in Mansfield, North Attleboro and Plainville – all in close proximity to our community-based hospital in Attleboro, MA.
We are committed to providing the highest quality health care to patients of all ages. With convenient office hours and quick access to major highways, it is easy for our patients to get quality health care locally.
Job Details:
- Follow your passion - pediatrics to geriatrics, procedures, injections, women's health, MAT, OMT, etc.
- Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established primary care practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments
- Existing patient base provided
- Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
- Proactive care approach with preventative medicine
- Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties
- Grow as a clinician as you learn from new colleagues
- Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care
- Flexible scheduling
- Full-time schedule includes 32 patient-facing hours per week
- Part-time or full-time schedule options
- Outpatient only
- Shared call group, currently 1:14
Requirements:
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Passionate about primary care
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain

Our ambulatory network, Sturdy Memorial Associates, is made up of over 30 practices, all within a 10 mile radius of each other. Salary Range: $196,992.72-$313,150.49
Salary Range Details
The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health's benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
