Product Manager for Access Services

As the Product Manager for Access Services, the full-time remote position will manage the development and delivery of scalable and empathetic solutions that facilitate customer access to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and human channels. Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery process to identify and develop solutions that enhance the customer journey in accessing Dexcom CGM Collaborate with design and development teams to implement solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives Coordinate with commercial and customer-facing teams to ensure successful launch and integration of new solutions across global markets Required Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital solutions for service experiences Experience with patient enablement services and solutions Strong skills in discovery, including defining outcomes and validating customer needs Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage influence with various stakeholders Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of related experience; a graduate degree may be preferred with 4 years of related experience
