Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – North Carolina

Start Date: June 15

Location: North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 1.0 FTE position with flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12-hour days Monday through Friday). Call schedule rotates 1 in 4 nights with both primary and secondary assignments. Beeper call coverage 5pm–7am weekdays and 24-hour weekend coverage.

Highlights:

• 30-bed acute care facility averaging 150 cases per month
• Diversified case mix including general surgery, OB (approximately 200 deliveries annually), orthopedics, and endoscopy
• Care team model with 1 MD and 3 CRNAs in house daily (1:3 ratio)
• Autonomous practice environment with solo call responsibilities
• On-site orientation provided during initial scheduled days
• Active call volume with greater than 50% callback rate on primary call

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina license or IMLC eligibility for expedited NC licensure
• Documented OB anesthesia experience required
• Regional anesthesia course certification highly preferred
• Case logs demonstrating proficiency in regional anesthesia and obstetric care
• Ability to function independently in a highly autonomous environment including solo call
