Warehouse Lending Syndication, Fixed Income Securitized Product Lending - Executive Director

Position Description The Fixed Income Securitized Product Lending group is seeking an Executive Director to grow the syndication platform across deal execution, client relationships and internal coordination. This role covers all asset classes—ABS, Infrastructure, Corporate Credit, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate—plus distribution from the Securitized Products Capital Markets Loan Solutions team. The position requires deep structural knowledge of the full asset class suite, experience in origination, syndication or structuring of senior secured loans, and strong client relationship management. Primary Responsibilities Leading outreach and pitches to all syndicate lenders; broad understanding of all asset classes and structural nuances: Summarize and communicate key points to syndicate lenders during initial reviews through loan document negotiation. Drive syndication execution by managing potential lender feedback and distributing updates to appropriate teams. Pitch key factors to gain and keep demand within the 8‑10 week process. Managing and sourcing client inquiry across origination and syndication: Understand and manage multiple relationships throughout each deal process. Coordinate with various salesforces to proactively source and distribute risk. Maintain internal connectivity with FID Sales, Trading, Global Capital Markets, Market Risk, Operations, etc. Lead with creativity to create marketing materials and internal presentations: Oversee compilation of client pitch books for securing deals and showcasing differentiating capabilities. Prepare materials for internal meetings with senior management, recurring update meetings, and periodic account reviews across ISG. Present market and client updates at weekly internal meetings. Additional responsibilities: Identify areas of operational inefficiency and implement improvements. Manage multiple projects across asset classes while keeping the team on track with deliverables. Socialize and educate internal groups as the business grows. Desired Skills High commercial drive with an eagerness to build the platform. Benefits and Compensation Expected base pay rates: $225,000 – $300,000 per year, at the commencement of employment for Executive Director. Base pay is individualized and part of a total compensation package that may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other incentive programs.
