QC InspectorLocation: Marietta, GAPay: $17.00/hourShift: B1 Shift (Red Team) 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 3 Days On / 3 Days OffTwo paid 20-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch.Schedule: 12-hour shiftsPosition OverviewThis role is responsible for inspecting products, documenting results, identifying defects, and supporting overall product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming visual and dimensional inspections on molded products.Using measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and pin gauges.Completing inspection documentation and data entry accurately.Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with specifications.Assisting with sorting and containment activities when quality concerns arise.Reviewing defects and communicating quality issues to production teams.Following all quality, safety, and operational procedures.Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining organized work areas (5S).This position plays a critical role in protecting product quality and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and quality focus.Good eyesight and ability to inspect both small and large parts.Dependable attendance and reliability.Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.Ability to learn quickly and retain information from one shift to the next.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to remain focused during repetitive inspection and sorting activities.Technical Experience (Required)Experience performing visual inspections in a manufacturing environment.Basic knowledge of: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and pin gauges.Comfortable working with measurements, specifications, and inspection standards.Ability to follow detailed work instructions and process documentation.Manufacturing & Quality ExperiencePrevious Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.Experience documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records.Familiarity with defect identification and containment processes.Experience using microscopes or performing detailed visual inspections.Experience supporting production quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment.Baseline RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout a 12-hour shift.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.100% onsite in Marietta, GA.This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
