Physical Therapist (PT)

Position: Physical Therapist Shift: Full-Time Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00/hr Location: Puget Sound Care, 4001 Capital Mall Dr SW, Olympia, WA 98502 Who we are: Puget Sound Care is Olympia's trusted skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility since 1989. What you will do: Provide professional clinical services Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams Must have: Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc. Caldera Cares for you!
