The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!WHAT YOU'LL DOCore Responsibilities:Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plansCollect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signsAdminister immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providersSupervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriateEnsure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environmentDocument all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shiftSubmit timesheets on time through the CareLinx appCommunicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient conditionMaintain client confidentiality at all timesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired Qualifications:Active LVN nursing license/certificationActive CPR/BLS certificationMinimum 2 months of nursing experienceProof of COVID vaccination including first boosterAccess to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shiftsMust pass a background checkProgram-Specific Requirements (May Apply):Medical clearance such as TB test or physical examAdditional documentation may be required based on state law or client contractSome training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shiftsSkills & Attributes:Compassionate, patient, and professional — you treat every client with dignity and respectReliable — when you commit to a shift, you show up on time, every timeCommitted to the member — you show up ready to help them get through their day safely and comfortably, within your defined scope of careSelf-directed and organized — you manage your schedule and communicate proactivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsTech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheetsSharecare and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
