Maintain and upkeep building, ground, and equipment. Communicate directly with customers and supervisors, inform customers of unexpected or additional repairs, and determine customer needs. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure completed work meets quality control standards. Diagnose and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors. Communicate with scheduler to update the status of repairs, estimate completion dates and additional material requirements. Follow all safety procedures and policies. Qualifications Professional, courteous response to customer inquiries or complaints. Team player ability. Preferred: 1 year of experience in general maintenance or construction work. Capacity to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather. Ability to work in varied environments including high places. Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance. Physical Requirements Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and repetitive motion for several hours. May require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, standing, sitting, climbing in and out of vehicle, stairs. Perseverance under pressure for extended periods. Requirements A valid state driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain coverage via Tessera's insurance.
