Manufacturing Helper

Production Machine OperatorSets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. Coaches and helps train other members of the team.Primary Position Responsibilities:Helps other members of the department and/or other departments in the plantPlan & prepare for upcoming jobSet-up operation of Product Branding, Labeling & Packaging RequirementsSupervises final product including and not limited of Labeling & PackagingFollow Quality Test & Recording RequirementsBe aware of and adhere to all safety rules & regulationsSafety & Quality: Demonstrates a regard for safety for self, others and property; is actively engaged in ensuring the quality of work being performed.Quals:Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Must be able to take and follow verbal directions and communicate those directions to othersGood verbal and written skillsGood degree of analysis, problem solving and creativityMust have basic math skills and be able to solve mathematical problems.
