Scope of job: The Sales Associate contributes to store revenue and customer loyalty by: Achieving individual sales and KPI targets Delivering personalized luxury client experiences that foster long-term loyalty Maintaining product presentation, merchandising, and operational standards Collaborating effectively with store leadership and peers Demonstrating professionalism and accountability Building lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up This role does not hold supervisory or hiring authority. This range represents the good-faith estimate of base pay for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
