Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: $1,885.89 - $1,980.18 weekly gross

Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, M-F (Hours per week: 40, Shift Times: 8AM-4:30PM)

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a Medicare-certified home health agency
• Valid RN license and willingness to obtain FL licensure
• Must Have: Experience with Medicare regulations and patient assessments
• Preferred: Bilingual skills, experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Valid professional license in good standing
• Willingness to obtain Florida licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Home Health setting, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical capabilities and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
• Administer skilled nursing interventions, including therapeutic exercises and patient education on health management and safety.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
