Building Services Supervisor

Qualifications High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of supervisory experience with a minimum of one (1) year of custodial experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Serves as a front-line Supervisor and directs the day-to-day activities. Ensures staffing needs of assigned buildings and analyzes workloads based on demands and peak seasons. Responsible for daily equipment and inventory controls to include appropriate supplies for each building, securing of supplies and equipment, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in proper working condition. Assigns building keys to staff and ensures buildings are secured daily. Meets with building clients to identify any cleaning issues and ongoing expectations. Performs routine inspections and makes necessary changes and adjustments in the work assignments based on building needs and demands. Performs other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Choose901
