Complex Litigation Paralegal

LITIGATION PARALEGAL $85,000–$100,000+/Negotiable Salary Health insurance 100% paid by the employer Position Overview The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities. This role requires strong organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses. Organize and maintain case files and ensure documents are accurately filed. Maintain case management databases and track deadlines. Assist with witness and evidence preparation for trial. Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses. Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and testimony. Attend trials and provide on-site support to attorneys as needed. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of Paralegal experience, specifically on the Plaintiff side. Ability to work full-time in-office. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a file with minimal oversight. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with discretion and empathy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. WHY JOIN?
