Join the growing team in Austin and make your impact today.What You Will Do:Serve as a technical leader: act as the primary in-shop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.Stay hands-on: perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs, with expectations to remain actively engaged in billable work.Support and mentor technicians: provide technical guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to help develop skills and promote repair consistency.Promote quality and safety: help prevent rework and comebacks by reinforcing proper diagnostics, repair procedures, documentation, and safety standards.What You Will Need:Advanced technical experience: strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.Demonstrated technical leadership: ability to guide and support other technicians without direct supervisory responsibility.Strong communication skills: clear, professional written and verbal communication.Attention to detail: commitment to repair quality, safety, and documentation standards.Computer proficiency: comfortable using diagnostic software and service systems.Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.Why You'll Love It Here:Team outings: We regularly attend events and doing things together outside of work.Great team atmosphere: Everyone is willing to help out when needed.
