On-call Behavior Tech

?? School-Based Behavior Technician (On-Call)

?? Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students with special needs in a school setting. The Behavior Technician will collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting diverse learners and comfortable working in dynamic school environments.

This is an on-call assignment with flexible scheduling and consistent weekly hours.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Support students with behavioral and educational needs

• Implement behavior strategies under the guidance of school staff and specialists

• Assist with classroom routines and individualized support plans

• Promote positive behavior and skill development

• Maintain professionalism and follow school protocols

?? Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Two years of pediatric experience preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
