Schedule: Compressed Workweek Pay Rate: $28+ Location: Chandler, Arizona Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Responsibilities Chamber Wet Cleans Removal of chamber kits & fore lines Safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines Pump purging of gas lines Flush drain and blowout residual liquids Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines Perform complete tool shutdown Power off all system and related subcomponents Follow all LOTO and customer procedures Daily pre‑task planning with the customer Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist) Report the status of the Decon project Follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE Requirements Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM Equipment Knowledge of PVD/CVD/EPI/Gamma/Legacy M and MV‑series tools Minimum of 5+ years of direct OEM experience Physical Effort / Activities May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
