Job Description
Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide quality physical therapy services in both outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) settings, as well as skilled nursing units (SNU).

Position Requirements

Shift Requirements: Monday to Friday, 0800-1700, with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week.
Weekend Rotation: Typically every 4-5 weekends.
Call Policy: A two-hour notice is required before the start of the shift.

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid Kansas Physical Therapy license.

Charting System

Experience with Meditech preferred.

Dress Code

Professional scrubs of any color are acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits

Relocation Allowance: Up to a specified amount for eligible candidates with receipts required for reimbursement.
