• Full-time -- 4 days per week
• Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri with Saturday rotation 8 am - 12 pm
• 24 - 26 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Well visits and general sick visits required -- circs optional
• Hospital privileges required
