Qualifications Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization Exposure to EHR‑enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner) Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution Compensation & Benefits Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
