Company OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Position Summary As a PTA, your role is to provide therapy assistance and help patients reach their recovery goals. With AI-supported documentation, you can spend more time delivering hands-on care while efficiently capturing key session details. Patient-Centered Care Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Key Responsibilities Support PTs in therapy sessions aimed at patient mobility improvement. Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently. Focus on meaningful interactions while minimizing documentation distractions. Education and/or Experience A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy. 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
