Primary Care Physician

The Position Well-established MarinHealth outpatient-only practices. Highly desirable communities, including Petaluma, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Novato, and Sausalito. Established patient panels. Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high-quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience. Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required. Licensed or eligible for licensure in California. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences. Spanish language a PLUS, but not required. Compensation The salary range for this position is $280,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules.
