Fractional Growth Executive - Transportation

TrustThink is seeking a fractional growth executive to help expand our transportation and autonomous systems business through customer access, relationship development, partnerships, and opportunity creation. TrustThink provides cybersecurity engineering and assurance services for transportation technologies, including digital roadways, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), V2X, AI-enabled transportation applications, autonomous platforms, and uncrewed system security. We support public agencies, operators, OEMs, integrators, and technology providers that need to design, assess, certify, or securely deploy complex connected systems. Responsibilities Develop customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships across the transportation and autonomous systems market. Identify and facilitate introductions to prospective customers, agencies, integrators, OEMs, technology providers, and industry partners. Create and advance qualified opportunity pathways where TrustThink’s cybersecurity engineering, assurance, standards, and assessment capabilities are well aligned. Participate in selected customer and partner meetings to help establish credibility, understand needs, and position TrustThink for follow-on opportunities. Help develop target account and partnership strategies based on existing relationships, market knowledge, and near‑term growth potential. Provide insight into emerging transportation initiatives, funding priorities, procurement activity, and market trends. Advise on teaming strategies, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement activities. Recommend where TrustThink should invest time and resources to maximize growth. Ideal Candidate Has successfully grown business or led strategic initiatives within transportation, infrastructure, mobility, intelligent transportation systems, consulting, or public‑sector technology markets. Maintains credible relationships across transportation agencies, transportation associations, engineering firms, integrators, consultants, or technology providers. Understands how transportation programs are funded, planned, and procured. Can open doors and facilitate executive‑level conversations. Understands how opportunities are shaped before formal procurements are released. Has experience building partnerships and strategic alliances. Brings sound judgment regarding opportunity qualification and market focus. Can serve as a trusted advisor and representative of TrustThink within the transportation community.
