General Assembly Opportunities in Brighton, Michigan
Entry Level; All Three Shifts Available, Training Provided, Start Immediately.
A global leader in special and custom machines with a facility in Brighton, Michigan is currently seeking several General Assembly Technicians for long-term opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for General Assembly Technicians with any experience in setup and operations who are looking for a company that offers great benefits, stable employment, training, and growth opportunities.
General Assembly Technicians hourly rates are anticipated to start between $18 to $21 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, 401k, and more.
Qualified General Assembly Technicians will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
• Any experience with parts assembly or various manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to read, understand, listen, and take directions.
• Work with hand and power tools: wrenches, pliers, files, hammer, screwdrivers, vises, clamps, drills, etc.
• Self-Starter willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and guidelines.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
