Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care

Nursing Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule: Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00. Flexible: Monday through Friday with weekends as needed. Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday through Thursday.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 52 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 0.

Requirements: 10% salary placement fee. Salary range: $40 - $42.50. Experience with skilled and long-term care patients.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide individualized patient care based on specific needs. Facilitate group and concurrent treatment sessions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.

Compliance / Notes: Orientation requirements will be communicated before the start date. Background checks and drug screens may be required.
