Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment while providing critical care to patients. The role involves working variable shifts, including night (6pm-6am) and day (6am-6pm) shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient conditions and formulate appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and procedures.
• Participate in training and educational initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Department setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 weeks, starting on November 2nd. Flexible scheduling is required to accommodate variable shifts.
