The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and management staff.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture focused on hospitality and results.
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to support business needs while achieving productivity goals.
- Execute and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and profitability while implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance.
- Ensure speed of service, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency meet or exceed company expectations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and company operational standards.
- Assist with cash management, inventory controls, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with guests and proactively resolve service concerns.
- Partner with district leadership to achieve restaurant goals and execute company initiatives.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual environment.
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, scheduling, food safety, and financial performance.
