Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are a patient-focused orthodontic practice, seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding new patients through the treatment process, presenting treatment plans, financial options and creating an exceptional patient experience and help patients feel confident in starting treatment.

This employee would be working out of our Maple Lawn and Clarksville locations. Opportunity to earn sales bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation process
• Present orthodontic treatment recommendations and answer patient questions
• Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans
• Coordinate scheduling
• Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and assist with financial arrangements to ensure seamless billing procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and document treatment progress in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary materials are ready for patient appointments.
• Support administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and handling patient inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior orthodontic or dental office experience preferred
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing schedules and patient records effectively.
• Experience supporting office operations within a dental or orthodontic practice is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing financial agreements and insurance benefits
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Radiology certified
• Experience with iTero scanner

Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00
