Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Multiple Openings

Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking three qualified Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join a dynamic dental team in Atwater, CA. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care. Candidates must be comfortable working at multiple office locations within the Atwater area.

Pay rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Support front office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two office locations in Atwater
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
