The Case Manager RN reports to the Director of Case Management or designee.QualificationsJob Requirements:RN, Associates degree in nursing or higher.Preferred Job Requirements:2 + years' acute hospital-based nursing experience.Experience in acute care hospital case management.Certification in case management (ACM or CCM).Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
